This hotel was very nice, the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities for me. Staff was awesome and helpful. My one small gripe was the shower door is not well sealed and allows water to escape to easily but as I said minor.

The staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are clean. Festival Mall is about 10 minute walk. There's fast food open 24/7 in front of the hotel. This is the third time I've stayed in Acacia Hotel Manila (Alabang). So far so good.

I had high expectations on this hotel however aside from the location, which is excellent, walking distance to Alabang Town Centre Mall and Festival Mall, i had to make a constructive criticism. The room i have booked which is supposed to be De luxe is just too small so we decided to upgrade to a suite, but to my surprise, the suite/room needed a lot of updating, i have never seen a suite with a kitchenette with no sink, so you have to use the bathroom sink. The room, i think has mold issue, as we woke up one morning with a water leaking from the ceiling. The room feels so damp most of the time that triggers our allergies. The hotel lobby is always busy and 1 good point is the cafe in the lobby with an excellent dessert. Some staff our nice, most especially the person who did our check in and the person who did our check out but most of the staff doesn’t look happy. Really sorry to say but we did not have a good experience with this hotel.

The hotel is surprisingly clean & quiet. The hotel staff are very polite & accommodating, and their uniform shows elegance. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of cuisines. The hotel have all the amenities a guest would ask for, including a pool & a restaurant. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a great one.

Very nice area for rich and yet is not very pricey. Good breakfast for 2 with quality food .. walking distance to shopping malls , easy access to airport and the swimming pool view is nice , gym is old but still very good , need one equipment for leg press to be added and everything will be perfect

It’s very convenient for all, restaurants, shopping, golfing. I enjoyed swimming pool n gym almost every day. The only thing I want to point out is that the available TV channels are limited in the room. Otherwise the hotel transportation service is quite helpful.

what my family like? Nice place What didn't like? My mother is at 75yrs old and a little bit of meal would not a huge adds on but still an issue. book 3 days and check out after 2 days with no complaint hopefully next time they consider old people. Thank you
