My favorite hotel in Alabang to stay at is the one I truly cherish. I love the restaurant Cafe Romulo, and Efren, the manager, is genuinely the best. The servers are always wonderful and caring. All I can say is, this place is truly special! They offer excellent service from the front desk, restaurant, to the room cleaners, making every guest feel valued and comfortable.

Our stay was great! Room was very clean and the air conditioner kept the room cold. The pool at the rooftop had a really great ambiance. The only issue we had was the internet. I work from home and my zoom kept buffering but thankfully I had my own mobile hotspot so I was able to make it work.

The area was convenient but the downside was the laundry/dryer. Of the 3 times I stayed in this hotel, it was working only once. The pool was nice but gets crowded. Breakfast buffet selection was great, but quite pricey. It isn't worth it considering its proximity to restaurants in the area. Also, room service pamphlet wasn't updated. We didn't get to order through SMS and had to go downstairs to order our food.

Great service and staff friendliness. Amenities is great with daily bottled water and 3-in-1 coffee. One thing to suggest is bath towels to use with the daily shower gel. Had to be creative to use this. Lastly, airport transfer could have been less pricey, as its 3x more compared with Grab or JoyCar.
