"If front office would insist on checking in guests via the computer set up at the lobby, maybe they should add another set up for when a guest’s reservation verification is taking a bit of time. Two machines should be ok. Very helpful and warm staff. We booked a suite, which is really spacious. The room assigned to us smelled like sewage, though. The room air freshener can’t mask the smell. Location is very good. Robinsons Magnolia is a great mall with excellent dining options. "

"This was my first time in Quezon, but not my first time in Citadines. I exclusively seek out Citadines in Manila and Cebu because trust me when I tell you, there is simply no other hotel that can beat the overall value and experience of a Citadines hotel. The price is always so good for the 1 bedroom apartments. They are always so nice and feel like a real home. The staff are all Five Star level and the hotels are located in the best area's with the best food, shopping and entertainment nearby. You cannot go wrong with any of their locations, and trust me I've stayed at almost all of them now. "The room where I stayed has a nice city view and spotless. The front desk staff are very friendly and the guard on the lower ground is also friendly & helpful. I find food served at breakfast tasty and not boring."

"Great staff All very friendly. The security staff always looked to help and one of the ladies even offered to carry my bag down the stairs even though I am much bigger and did not take her up on it. Very sweet, the check in people, the greeters at breakfast, the guy at the omelet station hooked me up with great food made to order and the bakery made great bread and snacks. Big variety at breakfast. Always fresh fruit, yogurt, various Filipino options and traditional American options, usually a few additional choices. Only thing I would like to change is it would be good to get espresso or cappuccino at breakfast. Cheese would also be good. The hotel is clean and conveniently located by a bunch of restaurants "
