"Everybody was so nice and the place was so clean. I travel mostly all over in the United States because of my job and I travel overseas a few times a year. So I stay in about 30-40 hotels a year ranging from budget hotels to higher end places. This hotel had the service and cleanliness of a 5 star hotel at a very reasonable price. Can't say enough about the staff. And I really enjoyed the area as well. A plethora of eating and shopping options all within a 2 block area. Again everyone was so friendly and personable. "Great view. Professional courteous staff. They kept the hotel clean. Completely bug free. AC was fine. Shower was okay. The hotel itself is not only dated but also flimsy. Evidence of water damage and swelling on doors even on a top floor. Windows did not open. End tables so tiny you might as well not have them. The walk desk looked chewed--really doesn't matter. Clean: yes. Quiet, ergonomic and business friendly: no."
