Will definately stay here next tome i am in Quezon, the staff are super friendly and the cleaning staff had my room impeccably clean, it was the cleanest 'Residence' out of several i had stayed in in the 2 weeks i stayed in Quezon wish i had of gone there first.

A reasonably priced hotel in the vicinity of Univ. of the Philippines, Diliman. The rooms are functional, clean, and the area is close to many dining options.

The property was clean and in good condition. the location was surrounded by restaurants and a grocery near by and accessible to public transportations. The unique part of the Residenciale Boutique Apartments were the people working in there. From the very first day and until I left the place, Charm Vinuya a front desk receptionist did an excellent job, very professional and very helpful. She explained the company policies very well before i signed the paperworks. Charm helped me to recovered my cellphone when I left it in Grab car. Charm did above and beyond and second to none customer service. From Charm, the housekeeping people to security guards they made me feel at home away from home. Definitely I will be back to Residenciale Boutique Apartments and i hope to see Charm and the rest of the team again.

The room was very clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice place to stay. However, the building is on a very busy road, and it's exceptionally loud and noisy with all of the traffic. The only other negative is the shower. While it did have hot water which is great, the shower would alternate from cold water, to warm, to scalding hot, and back to cold, about every two to three minutes, and then the water would stop flowing completely for a few minutes, but then the water that was sitting in the water heater would blast out as hot as lava when the water pressure returned. Better than a cold shower, but not great.

It lived up to its reviews. Pleasant staff

Very Nice small hotel. Excellent staff smooth checkin and checkout. Parking garage was self serve however it required security to check you in. They gave you personal attention and parking stalls were adequately spaced. Hotel was very clean quiet and comfortable. It had kitchenette if you wanted to make brewed coffee as I like to do. Would recommend, based on location cost amenities and service. Only issue was the pool was not used due to the plandemic.

Superb service, clean and friendly.

Very comfortable, clean, and any small issues we had (tea kettle died) were immediately taken care of by maintenance or the desk staff. Maintenance / housekeeping staff were friendly, cheerful, even when meeting them on the way to a nearby grocery store in the street.

Would stay again....good value clean place

They wrte wonderful to allow us to check in early and it was most appreciated. The location is very convenient. There are several moderately priced restaurants around the corner and a Korean restaurant on site with a pizza place next door. Breakfast was xheap with several options. Good coffee. Remember to turn on the water heater for the shower. Pics from website are actual not photoshopped.
