「Nice and safe location with enough room and great view」

「I stayed for about ten days while visiting a nearby university. The staff were all very kind and readily assisted me whenever I needed help. The surrounding area was quite convenient, with local restaurants, convenience stores, laundries, and cafes all within walking distance. The room was also well-equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker, making it easy to prepare meals in the room. If I have a similar opportunity in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!」

「I tried communicating weeks before, day after day but the host Robbee Sebastian never made a single reply. T checking in, room a/c was not cooling, NO internet, NO Parking, NO gym and bathroom leak. My kids can’t study away from school. 「The unit is smaller than what i had before in the same building. Also a bit expensive but security is good and its a big deal for me since i am travelling alone. Had an easycheck-in and good communication with the host.」

「Place is ok. Had to roll the carpet. Does not look clean so we rolled them to the side. Small cockroaches on the kitchen counter, living room and bathroom. Pots and pan could use an upgrade. Had to keep washing utensils and plates and frying pan each time i use it due to small cockroaches crawling on it. Needs a good fumigation of the entire place prior to renting. 」
