"Really easy check in, even though we arrived to Manila in the evening. Just had to text the provided number and pick up the access key from the security desk. Room is a great size for 2 and everything is in good condition, including the bed and AC. And of course the biggest draw is the walkability in BGC which is my favorite place in Manila. For all these perks, I found the price to be extremely reasonable, and I look forward to coming back. "

"Birch tower is a great place to stay if you want convenience. There are multiple hosts offering stays in the same building so keep that in mind. I can tell you this host takes hospitality to heart and is very accommodating to guest needs. She has multiple units, mine had a great view of the city skyline!"

"The property is a beautiful facility. However, the rooms are individually owned and for my stay, I was moved three times for pest control. I was only given one key for me and my family. When the door closed with the key inside, I was forced to pay a locksmith to open the room. An additional key was not provided nor would the front desk open the unit. The staff that worked the facility was extremely nice, professional, and seemingly compassionate individuals. I believe it can be a much better...

"Stayed for 24 days and loves it here its pretty quiet at first the bed was a little too hard for me being a bigger guy, we talked to the management and they had a new bed brought to my room in like less than a day. The wifi is a little shotty but its good enough for watching netflix and amazon prime video you can buy a hot spot thats fairly decent if you wnna spend the money on it was like 4500 peso for the hotspot and like 1500 pesos which is like 80 bucks for a month which is cheaper than...

"Glenn was extremely nice and very accommodating. The location is very convenient as you can just take a bridge to the SM mall that will have anything you need. The property was very clean and had everything most westerners are custom to. The huge fridge, fast wifi, and air conditioning were very nice to have. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Manila."
