I waited about 20-25 minutes before they eventually told me the room that I reserved is not available and Id have to look for another hotel. This is ridiculously poor service. Never have I ever reserved a room only for the hotel to tell me that they dont have the room available. Avoid this place at all costs!"

"It's amazing! Only walking distance from MRT Shaw Station. Just google map the exact street. You need to turn an extra left to see Mariveles Street. The hostel is a good quiet place to sleep.
