「2回目の宿泊で2泊させて頂きました。以前と同じくスタッフの対応の良さはもちろん、部屋の綺麗さ、部屋からのベイビューも最高でした。ホテルからＳＭモールまでつながっているので、雨も心配なくすごく便利です。買い物から戻ってみると軽くベットメイキングされており、その上に以前も頂いたコンラッドのかわいいぬいぐるみが置かれてました。おもてなしは最高です！」

「We were able to listen to live music while eating and drinking at the hotel event. It was great. They responded to my request. I think the hotel is wonderful planning such an event.」

「I had a great stay here. The hotel was very clean, and the room was comfortable and easy to use. The outdoor pool had a nice resort feel, which was a highlight of the stay 👍. On the downside, poolside food service was quite slow, and although ice cream was listed on the menu, it wasn’t available, which was a bit disappointing. The shower also never really got hot – during the rainy season when it was a bit chilly, I wished for higher water temperature. Breakfast was excellent with a huge...
