Equipped kitchen. Some snacks and fridge items were free which was great. Having the two full beds combined was also pretty nice for a family of 3. Walking distance to the mall made it very convenient. We will repeat.

Location was perfect and walking distance to the mall. Customer service was excellent. The gym and pool were very clean. The room was spacious and had a wash/dryer machine, however, we were given a room that looked nothing like the pictures that were provided. It was outdated and the bathroom had a weird smell.

We were very happy with our stay at Makati Diamond Residences. The property is situated close to the places we needed to be. The staff were professional, helpful, courteous and genuinely friendly. Our room and bathroom were excellent— spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed in a serviced residence. The swimming pool and gym were also clean and well maintained, and the availability of several elevators always made everything quick and convenient. The Business Center suited our needs perfectly. We would happily stay here again.
