Malgré que le propriétaire est fait tout le nécessaire, le personnel a l’accueil de la tour m’a fait attendre pendant deux heures avant de bien vouloir se bouger. Scandaleux pour une résidence de cette catégorie 😡 "

"No one was in front desk except a big roach greeted us. Air condition was not working and we were asked if the electric fan was enough. We said no so we got moved to another room and it was the same condition. I was told that they were accessible 24 hours. I’ve called several times and no one picked up the phone nor called me back except at check out time was the only time they returned the call. I would not recommend adding this to Expedia website. It was HORRIBLE!! "

"Towels looks like used for rags . Bed was very uncomfortable. Rooms keys are not secure seems to be taped together. Lighting in room very poor. Bathroom light was flickering on and off. Breakfast included do I even need to say it. "
