I also would like to commend Renan (lobby staff) who helped me fill out my etravel exit document. He was very patient and respectful of this senior citizen. We had a top notch experience at this hotel. The staff is consistently excellent, and the hotel is in a prime location. There's a walkway on the 4th floor to the adjacent mall. The breakfast selection was incredible. Make sure to try out the baked goods they sell by the concierge!
