When you check in, Be sure you check everything first, do inventory of what they have and take pictures of everything like carpet stain, broken glasses etc. Report to the manager right away. They might charge you a ridiculous amount of money if they found something that they think you damage it after you check-out. Pay only in credit card just in case.」

「The day before we checked in host asked for a deposit - not on website. Still waiting to get back. Worst checkin process. Have to “fish” key from a locked mailbox. Not as described - 3rd room has a washer and dryer. Mattress and bed frame on the wall not ready. Broken tv in room. Location and building is well maintained. Building staff are polite.」
