"1階のセキュリティーで受付してからセキュリティーと一緒に1703室に行きました。室内にオーナーがいて全て英語で説明を受けました。ルームキーは、暗証式の番号キーです。Wi-Fiは口頭で入力しました。デポジット3,000ペソ（チェックアウトの時返金）を手渡し、受取も無く、説明書も無く、普段は紙物が当然有るのが無いと不安になりました。良かった点は、Wi-FiがGoodです。PCで仕事のメール確認やLINEでのTVコンタクトもGoodです。無料のミネラルウオーター18Lが有るのでGoodです。買い物は近くに雑貨屋とセブンイレブンが有ります。NGはコンセントが少ない、シャワーの水量が弱い・バスタブにお湯を入れようとしたら蛇口からお湯が出ない・蛇口の代わりにシャワーで入れるとなかなかお湯がたまらないので断念しました。遮光カーテンでは無いので朝明かりが気になる。壁が薄いので隣の部屋の音（掃除機の音やテーブルを動かしたときの音）がきになりました。 この部屋の利用は、多少は英語ができないとNGです。 前もってのパスポートのコピーが必要です。セキュリティーでのチェック用です。"

"Had a great time, the property was nice, the room was cozy and has everything you need inside(stove,microwave,tv). The AC worked great as well. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very nice to talk too. Definitely recommend for a short or long trip and also a beautiful view. Thnks for a wonderful time."

"Great location right next to MRT, groceries Tim’s, and lots of fast food choices within 5 min walk…with easy access anywhere. Pool is fun with a nice two lane lap lane..nice pool. Unit was clean and nice to have extra pull out bed for one of the kids. Beds were comfortable. Could use better cooking pans pots etc. so minimal cooking at best is possible. As add says ‘light’ cooking. AC works okay to keep unit cool. Two bathrooms with on demand hot water is nice. Internet works well for...
