"The staff was friendly, but the place was a little bit dirty"

"I was given two cards when I checked in. Both worked the first time but stopped working afterwards, meaning when I left the room, I could not use the elevators and open my room. I went to the reception twice because the first time it happened, the guy at the reception said it's been fixed (even though I asked for a new card, he just said it should work); the second time it happened, the lady at the reception had to issue me a new card and asked someone to accompany me to the room, because guess what, that new card failed on the elevator again!!! The guy who accompanied me said we had to try another elevator where it worked. Just terrible for a hotel that's apparently new. Also, when I checked out and asked for the shuttle to the airport, they asked me if I signed up. When I said no because they said it's "first come, first served basis", they still said you still have to sign up and it was already full. When I asked if they can help me get a taxi, they said they can't because they have their own shuttle. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! Location is terrible. It's not walkable to a lot of places and they have limited dining options."

"When we arrived the unit was not ready. Check in is supposed to be at 3:00pm but staff said that the unit still being cleaned. We were supposed to get the keys from the mail box according to the reception staff but no keys were found instead they let us go to the unit and look for the keys ourselves. The place did not look like it was cleaned at all. There dust accumulating in the aircon panel on the wall. The electricity board was wide open on the wall. The glass decorative on the wall in the living room, still has a child handprints. The bathroom has cockroaches, killed 2 big ones and small ones running around walls. The AC in the master’s bedroom was dripping and making puddle on the floor. Reported to the property manager - they sent someone after 7th day, to fix it but the repairman said we will be paying for the cost, which my husband refused as we did not destroy the unit. So it was never repaired. Asked for towels as the 2 towels given to us was used to clean up the puddle on the floor caused by the dripping AC but nope never gave us any. We bought ourselves our own towels. Under the bed of the second room, there were a lot of dust. The advertisement of this place vs the reality is very far off. Good luck to the next occupants."

"The check in was quick. The staff are very courteous and helpful. I like the location as it is close to everything. What is frustrating is when we got into the room was there were no towel at all and bathroom floor mat. The note on the room says u have to call the customer service if u need towel and the like. First time we experience this. Towels should be provided automatically before the guests checks in"

"The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the airport, which was a big plus, although it is situated on a very busy road. The only issue we experienced was during check-out. The air conditioner in our room was leaking, and I used a towel to absorb the water. The towel became stained, and they’re trying to charge for it. I found this disappointing, as it was used to address a maintenance issue in the room. In my experience, it is uncommon for guests to be charged for a towel that became dirty under those circumstances. Overall, the staff and accommodations were great, but this situation left a negative impression at the end of our stay."
