Had a great time, the property was nice, the room was cozy and has everything you need inside(stove,microwave,tv). The AC worked great as well. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very nice to talk too. Definitely recommend for a short or long trip and also a beautiful view. Thnks for a wonderful time.

What I like the room is clean, neat and organized, you don’t need to think household stuff because everything was there. Staff/owner was accommodating, views are nice. So this is perfect to stay😊❤️

I stayed 2 weeks and it literally was home away from home for me. Very easy to get a hold of the unit owner and manager as well being located in a prime location facing Roxas Boulevard. Will definitely be booking again!

True to their title Home Sweet Home

Clear communications with the owner and manager of the place are kind, caring and supportive. Generous offer of hospitality and service. And if needed an urgent extension, they’ll make a way to make it work for you, cheerfully. Overall, I love the convenience because the mini mart also is just around the corner outside the building and the atm as well. Sometimes, I didn’t want to leave and find another place. Till I go back home.

the place was small but clean and cozy and close to restaurants and malls and close to airports too. Jhuvie, the manager of the condo was accommodating and the owner was just as pleased to welcome me and made sure I had verything I need for the stay. highly recommend it.

Do not forget to pay for extra pool coupons up front because the admin office is closed sunday and the pool is under maintenance monday. Had a great time. Stayed 27 days. Place was too quiet on 19th floor. Security was great. No roaches or rats. Very clean condo. AIRCON was new. Owner is very responsive to needs at condo. My wife liked the stay. Will book again if available.

First place home breeze by AW the place didn’t look much like the photos, it’s so small and a dump like ghetto, lots of roaches and a horrible neighborhood.

We had an excellent stay and would love to stay here again in the future. The place was truly like a home away from home. The place was very clean and well-maintained and we had everything we needed for day-to-day living. Wifi worked great for I had multiple work calls and no issue. The property owner and local manager were GREAT; very personable and accommodating. It was also located in a great area;small store downstairs with bank ATM and all grub and taxi drivers knew of the building. Would highly recommend this place for we hope to stay there again in yhe future.

強いて悪い点を挙げれば、近くに良いマーケットがないのと、近くにたむろっているタクシーはみなボッタクリ。施設に関してはちびっ子ゴキちゃんが居るくらいだが、こんなのフィリピンでは当たり前。部屋は清潔感あり、不自由さは感じません。ダクトのスイッチが見つからなかった位かな？火山の噴火により、プールがクローズだったのが残念。また利用したいと思える施設でした。

Der Besitzer von dem Appartement war sehr zuvorkommend und hat dafür gesorgt, dass ich sicher ankomme und mich bei meinem Aufenthalt wohl fühle. Alle Geräte haben reibungslos funktioniert und haben ihren Zweck erfüllt. Einziger Kritikpunkt war, dass die Pfannen nicht richtig geputzt wurden. Für mich eigentlich inakzeptabel. Aber da Manila einen keine Zeit lässt sich irgendwo Sorgen zu machen oder sich zu ärgern, habe ich meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auch zu verdanken an Sir Abdulrahman und seinem sehr gemütlichen Appartement

A Truly Comfortable Stay

The unit was clean and well equiped with the basics to make you feel at home. Our host was exceptional. The view from the unit is spectacular. Nice TV with good channel selection. WiFi was strong. There is a washing machine in the unit. The property itself is great! Friendly staff, nice amenities. Two swimming pools. All day entry for 140 pesos. There is a kiddies pool as well and swings and a slide. We didn't use these as the weather wasn't nice. It's a short walk to Star City and the Coffee Library on the main floor serves delicious food. I highly recommend this place.
