"Our stay on Cocoa Lane was fantastic! The house was recently remodeled and everything was beautiful. The kitchen space, comfy living room, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking a beautiful swimming pool and the the bay made it VERY hard to leave! The house was very clean and well cared for. It was just as it was described & pictured - no surprises that I can think of… we loved being on the water. One day, we even saw a dolphin swimming right under our dock! (never promised, but timed beautifully!). We would definitely stay here again if we decide to come back to the area!"

"Kitchen appliances were sufficient, although the oven/stove sure could use an upgrade and the ice maker never worked - we had to buy ice all week. Pool felt cool when we arrived, but warmed up eventually after a few days. There was supposed to be a hair dryer in each bathroom (3) but there was only 1. Indoor guest tub did not drain water, but after a note to the host a maintenance man came the next day and fixed it."
