「This is a uniquely beautiful hotel. The staff, rooms and restaurants are all fantastic. We only had one issue and that was the water never got hot in Bath or shower room, it was only tepid warm- but we put that down to age of the building and amount of rooms probably using facilities at the same time. It did not dampen our stay and as forgot to mention it to reception they didn’t have the ability to fix the problem. I would definitly recommend this hotel. 」

「Room was very clean !! Being on the first floor. I really appreciated the extra security of the door down the hall being locked and not able to enter it off the lobby without your room key! I had contact with two signin receptionist one about 1 o’clock… I came early… And he did voluntarily put my luggage in a closet for me so I could go get a cup of coffee and wait for a check in! 「It was lovely to stay at Grand Royale Hyde Park! Location, cleanness, hot water and room temperature etc…everything was comfortable. Definitely recommendable!! Entrance and restaurant were also great atmosphere and I loved them! 部屋は少し狭く、スーツケースはギリギリ広げられる大きさではありますが、きちんとお湯が出ること、部屋が寒くなく、日本のビジネスホテル並みの清潔さです。とても快適に過ごすことができました。」
