I had booked 2 months in advance (and paid) but got notice 3 hours before checking in ( was in a plane heading there) that “sorry” but could not take me that they would honor a cancellation like they were doing me a favor. They basically told me I could not stay and it was their fault it was double booked. I had to rebook at a hotel at double price because it was a busy weekend. VRBO sucked in helping. Beware. "It was smaller than we are used to but a good distance out of San Francisco to get out of the big city. We wished it had a living room but it was not advertised to have one. Loved the kitchen space! Easy to find."
