  • Large cottage 1-bedroom 1-bath, located in the prestigious Alameda Gold Coast neighborhood, close to the Oakland Airport, minutes walk to the beach, easy transportation to San Francisco by ferry, bart, or bus, near Oakland Coliseum and Oracle Arena, conveniently located with coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores. Next to Crown beach with spectacular view of San Francisco.

    The space
    The cottage is the back unit of a Gorgeous Victoria house. It is updated and decorated with French Country theme, with a private yard and outdoor dining and seating area. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and welcoming. Cottage is equipped with high speed internet (free wifi), flat screen TV, and wash/dryer.
    Guest access
    Guests will have access to the entire cottage and the garden.
    Interaction with guests
    I am a very easy going person. Every guest will be respected and be cared for during their stay. Absolutely no problem if you break a dish, a glass, or accidentally scratch a table or spill something on the carpet. Things are meant to be used and guests should live freely during their visit.

    Party is not allowed and quiet time is 9:30pm.
