"Helpful staff, good breakfast included in ths price. The room was clean and comfortable and had a kettle, if a little tired. It was in an ideal situation for us. We dropped the hire car off 2 minutes walk from here and were then able to use to hotel's free shuttle bus to get to the airport. We also used to shuttle to get to the airport to use the airport bus to get into Bilbao for a day's sightseeing."

Location is a little further out of the old town that we would have liked but there is a metro station very near and the walk is only 30 mins. Check in process was pleasant, the room design was nice and made good use of space (just be wary of the central unobscured shower, if travelling with others).
