「BEWARE: Listing misrepresents the property. August 2026: No air conditioning, no parking on site, and no HOT WATER in the apartment. This is simply not a luxury apartment. Host was very slow to respond at check-in and ignored any issues communicated with the property. The cafe where key pickup occurs does not know the unit number. 「Apartment was really clean, mostly quiet and in a good location. Host couldn't meet us in person for check-in but the instructions couldn't have been more clear and detailed. Public transport is excellent in Bilbao and there was a bus and tram stop a minute away which connected to the rest of the city. A great stay, would return if we were back in the city and would recommend.」
