I cannot begin to describe how awful, dirty, disgusting, and unsafe this hotel is. Please do not stay at this hotel. It should be destroyed, demolished, paved over. From the second, I opened the door to my room, I knew that I would not be staying here. All of the linens were disgusting and stained, the hair dryer was only half of a hairdryer with a bunch of exposed wires, lying on the sink. The bathroom door didn’t close and lock because somebody had dug the latch out of it, leaving a gaping hole. There was a large cigarette burn in the shower curtain. There were multiple stains all over the only chair in the room. That was just the room. If you compare the lobby pictures online to what is actually there it is shocking. All of the pictures online are probably from when the hotel was first built and opened. It is definitely not in that condition any longer. The breakfast room was closed due to a maintenance issue which they did not disclose when I checked in. Had I actually stayed the night and expected to get my free included breakfast? I would’ve been very disappointed at 6:30 in the morning. Furthermore, traveling with my 14-year-old daughter, I thought it was not safe for her, not safe for either of us to stay here. I nearly begin looking for other options in the area and checked out. Please please please do not stay at this place, and Expedia please take it off your site as an option.

The lady at the desk was nice but that was the only thing nice about this place. It was disgusting and dirty. Beds were dirty, towels were dirty, bathtub was dirty… We’ve stayed in some lackluster places but this takes the cake easily. RUN - do not stay here!

The place needs to be renovated. They gave me a room with linen that looks like they got it from Salvation Army. I had to go to Walmart to get my own linen. I had to stay in the room only because I was close to the place I was visiting for the week. The picture on the website was misleading.

The room was dirty. No refrigerator or microwave. No towels or toilet paper. Heater/AC didn’t work. Vent in the bathroom didnt work so the entire room filled with steam when I took a shower. When it got dark outside, roaches started coming out of the tv and basically everywhere else they were able to hide during the day. The advertised continental breakfast wasn’t real.The other tenants were fighting in the parking lot and slamming their doors to their rooms all night and calling management didnt help, they didn’t seem to care when they told me there was nothing they could do and that I should call the police. Worst hotel ever!!

At first everything was ok then the heater broke so we were moved to another room and the toilet was broken in that room there was bloody towels in the safe the shower water doesn't get hot house keeping don't come every day to give clean towels or toilet paper

The room was dirty, sheets for the bed bas body fluid and smell so bad, towels were dirty, toilet was disgusting no water on it, no shower supplies(soup, shampoo), the door was wide open, it did not close. I went to the front desk and his answer was "Okay". He did not offer me to moved me or reimburse. So, I paid there and have to get another hotel room mear by. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR GO THERE.

We had no toilet paper there is bed bugs snake skin and the heater broke we had to switch rooms and we were put in a room with no fridge or microwave so all the food we had went bad house keeping sucks if you don't open ur door and watch for them u don't even get clean towels
