「The place was nice and quiet and peaceful. No restaurant, except for breakfast. No bar, only beer. The young lady charged us an extra $15.00 because we needed a bottom floor room, instead of walking up a flight of stairs.」

「I stayed here 4 nights The hotel is nice good location very friendly staff.what they need to work on is my room had mold on the curtains in the bathroom and you could smell it upon entering the room and I left feeling really sick the first night was ok by the second i started feeling bad,the last two night i spent majority of the night on the porch. 「The Albrook Mall hotel is always an excellent choice for your stay when in Panama. Especially if you enjoy shopping. It is convenient, has a lot of dining options, particularly Cafe Met for breakfast and Ancon Restaurant for lunch or dinner. The staff are accommodating and helpful and the rooms were kept very clean. I highly recommend this location. I have stayed here twice now and hope to return on my next visit to Panama.」

「Las habitaciones estaban sucias, la alfombra tiene olor a humedad. Solo el primer día nos dieron botellas de agua, se supone que si son varias noches de hospedaje deben dar agua diariamente. Las fotos de la piscina son engañosas porque no es como se muestra.」
