"We booked a suite and it was lovely. The view was beautiful and the room was spacious and modern. The location very convenient. The only negative was that the DJ at the pool played music that was very loud and inappropriate for children to hear during the day one day. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would stay again and recommend it to others."

"The hotel was horrible it had mold all over was very smelly had to call each night for air freshener they wouldn’t change the room the toilet made a loud noise when flushing the tv didn’t work the bath in the shower was sinking and rusty the hotel is in a good location it’s just poorly maintained please do not book it’s not worth it I was ready to leave on my first night I had to buy my own sheets and the carpet is very dirty and smelly the pool needs better maintenance they literally use a hose to refill the pool it’s just not the best place to spend any form of vacation or celebration."

"The room is ample size and bed very comfortable. The check in was easy and the breakfast was excellent. They open at 6:30 AM so you have Plenty time to eat and still make it to the airport (Where there are few breakfast choices.)"

"My girlfriend and I had a great 3-day stat at the Principe hotel in Feb 2026 for a phenomenal price. The hotel was very nice, quite and clean with large rooms. We actually got moved right away to a far larger room (for no charge) because the A/C in our first room was not working properly. The staff could not have been nicer. The location of the property in the nice and safe Congrejo neighborhood was great, with plenty of good restaurants steps away. In truth, the Principe was one of the best stays/deal I have ever had in my travels. "
