「We booked several rooms from the night before as we were arriving early in the morning to our surprise when we got there the rooms were not ready and we had to wait for them to be prepared . Even though we informed them of this. Very poor service in my opinion as they gave away our rooms. The breakfast area seating and tables were a bit dirty for my liking. Sent several messages which they never answered .」
