The only thing that I notice that when you enter into the room it had a smell like humidity. The pool needs to have a deep cleaning because it has a lot of black spots. Other than that I have no complaints. The hotel is huge and near to the train station Iglesia del Carmen where it take you to Albrook mall."

"I couldn't get a response regarding an airport shuttle so contacted hotels.com who also failed. It was going to cost $30. My Uber cost less than $20. Clean room, but very uninviting and worn. AC was not on when I entered. It finally got too cold, but there was no way to adjust it. No coffee or water. Very nice shower, but towel rack was across the room. Only a tiny soap dish so nowhere to place your shower items. Toilet only flushed if you held the handle for a while. Hot water faucet in bathroom was broken, so tepid water only. All I needed was a place to sleep and shower between flights, so it worked for me, but it wasn't worth the money in my opinion."
