"The bedding was bad. I had four pillow on the bed and they were all lumpy. The work desk was old sticky and peeling laminate. No drain cap in the bathroom sink so I had to place a cup over the drain for fear of something crawling out. I found long blond and brunette hair everywhere including between the sheets. I was solo and am bald. Don’t stay in room 402 because it across the hall from the cleaning room. You hear buckets and carts rolling down the tile hall late at night and early morning. Not consistent but enough to annoy. Also, no fridge, coffee maker or microwave. Otherwise it’s a budget friendly place with no frills and close to all the action. A very walkable location."

"Breakfast menu needs a little revamp. Less lunch options and more breakfast options should be available. As an additional suggestion, it would be great to have gluten free options as well. Staff is always so friendly and professional. Rooms are extremely clean."

"Edgar and Diane at the front desk were amazing. From the day I checked it, Edgar answered all my questions and even made great suggestions. Diane also was helpful in calling and excursion place for me so I could book a last minute appointment. Overall amazing experience. Definitely recommend. If I ever go back to Panama, I’m definitely going back to Renaissance."
