The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We also went to the restaurant above the hotel and enjoyed a great meal and views. The room was a very comfortable size. And the location was nearby plenty of shopping and restaurants. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great location and awesome staff! Hotel San Felipe was perfect for exploring Casco Viejo! Large room and shower, patio area that we used to relax in the evenings and a great restaurant right across the street! If you plan to tour Casco Viejo this is a great place to stay! Looks and feels like the photos! You will not be disappointed:)

Excellent service, helpful staff. Comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Excellent location. If I could give 4.5 starts I would. The only negative was finding someone else’s hair in the shower and for some reason the bed linens had an odd smell to me. I would absolutely stay here again.

This property is set in a great location and is very cute and clean. The bed was great. The staff was very nice and efficient without being overwhelming. We didn't eat at the restaurant because we did a lot of exploring but would definitely stay again. The only thing I would say needs some improvement is the wifi strength it wasn't always reliable.

Highly recommend this hotel. It is centrally located to all the main attractions of San Felipe. I had a nice room with skylights toward the back (very quiet location, room 112). The staff was very responsive to questions I had (they speak English, if you don't speak Spanish). Many restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel.

Very nice place to stay, clean, convenient, and a good value. Nice to be in the Old City, but streets seem a little dark and narrow by East Coast USA standards. Wish they had an exercise room.

The hotel was comfortable and overall we had a good stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the restaurant was very good, and the room was clean and comfortable. The main downside was the noise from the hallway. The soundproofing could definitely be improved, as conversations and people walking through the corridor could be heard quite clearly from inside the room. This affected the overall comfort, especially when trying to rest. Other than that, everything was good and the service was very pleasant.
