"The staff was very kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel is also centrally located in Copacabana, which makes it convenient for exploring the area. Unfortunately, the property itself feels old and poorly maintained. There is a noticeable lack of upkeep throughout the hotel, with peeling paint, loose furniture pieces, and even exposed cables coming out of the ceiling in the buffet area. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. Most of the food did not taste good, the eggs were cold and overcooked, and I even found hairs in my fruit, which was quite unpleasant."

Ronan from the front desk was amazing and also Douglas from the front door! Our cleaner was also amazing her name was Rosilda I believe! Thank you for an amazing birthday stay!!"

"We were staying for 4 nights before flying to IGU. We stored our luggage there in the hotel and returning to stay overnight to pick it up our luggage. My husband left the wedding ring unintentionally in the room while we checked out the first time, they kept it for him and he picked it up when we checked in the second time. "

"THE HOTEL RULES ARE QUITE TOUGH. IF ONE ARRIVES BEFORE CHECK IN TIME @ 14:00 ONE CAN NOT USE THE POOL UPSTAIRS. EARLY CHECK IN COSTS 600 REAIS (£86.00 approx). RIP OFF! I ASKKED TO LEAVE ONLY 30 MINUTES LATER AFTER CHECK OUT TIME AND WAS REFUSED. NOT TO MENTIONED THAT I HAD STAYED THERE PREVIOUSLY AND NOW I HAD STAYED LESS THAN 24:00HRS. I HAD ALSO PAID MORE FOR THE ROOM BUT THE MATTRESS WAS VERY OLD. NEVERTHELESS, THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND POLITE. THE LOCATION IS FANTASTIC. I WOULD STAY AGAIN. 😍 "
