"Great hotel, conveniently located in the center of Copacabana with friendly staff (special thanks to Yara at the reception desk)! Soundproofing of the rooms could be better, but otherwise - all was great and we really enjoyed our stay in Windsor."

"It is an amazing Hotel. Beautiful view. Great Terrace at the front rooms. Pool is gorgeous but could close a bit later since it closes at 6 pm in a hot and beautiful town like Rio. Other than that staff is very friendly and the room was very clean. Top terrace is wonderful. Thank you!!"

"We had a great time there. The staff has some of the kindest people we’ve met. The hotel is very well located on the beach and closed to many restaurants, bars, and pharmacies, grocery stores. The building is a little bit on the older side but very clean. The only thing I would say wasn’t the best is the isolation in the rooms. It wasn’t uncommon for us to get waken in the morning by people in the hallway but besides that we really enjoyed our stay and thank the staff for their amazing work. Would absolutely recommend. "
