「We loved the authenticity and cosy bed and fire. We felt the bathroom let it down. Nowhere to pop your toiletries. Rae was wonderful at bringing us coffee which was missing and looked after us well.」

「Great location, good size for the group we had. Just needs a good dusting downstairs and we did not have the amount of towels based in the people I booked for. I also bought a travel wireless router because it said it had no wi-fi. Your website needs to be update to reflect that you do. I would also state that coffee machine is for ground coffee. Other than these things we had a great stay.」

「We were staying over two nights to attend a family in Piha, and travelling with my 81 year old Mum, who has mobility issues. This was the perfect home for her and the extended family was able to pop in before the ceremony to say hello. Plenty of lovely deck space to spread out on without getting under each other's feet.」

And, male staff did not make a reservation of taxi for me, just gave me the taxi company name, but female staff made a reservation for me. She is very nice and considering me. 」

「1泊目に泊まったホテルはシンクがとても臭くて大変でした。1日は我慢したのですが、次の日は部屋を変更してもらいました。 変更された部屋は問題なかったので、まず客を通す前に確認、改善をされた方がいいと思います。またもしもそういった部屋になった場合は我慢せず、すぐに変更してもらった方がいいと思います。 良かった点は、部屋に備え付けの洗濯機がある事です。 」
