"Room extremely clean and modern. A lot more room than expected from a typical hotel in Japan. Separate standing shower and toilet rooms were a pleasant surprise. Staff were warm and welcoming. Unlike other hotels in Japan, the staff will not store your luggage. You must utilize the luggage lockers provided. Once you check out, the locker become unavailable to you. Largest locker size will not accommodate larger luggage dimensions (could not fit my 28 inch luggage)."

"Apartment was clean and fully equipped with all you need Massage chair was a nice addition Downside is inability for late check out, dryer function doesn’t dry enough resulting in repetitive runs and queries during the stay took many hours to be answered Parking was also away and not in front of property which was unexpected "

The hair clip, though small, was used by me since my pregnancy and had sentimental value. Teruo san went above and beyond to send the hair clip back to my next hotel in Tokyo. I really appreciate the team for going the extra mile to make our stay at the hotel a pleasant one. The hotel was huge and and the onsen was simply lovely. We will be back for sure!"
