We really appreciated and enjoyed the complimentary beverages (including alcohols), snacks, and even dessert cake! The only small hiccup was during the check-in process where after filling out all the information, we needed to be connected to a virtual agent for live verification. There was no agent available for about 5 minutes - we kept trying and was able to eventually connect with an agent, but it was a little panicky during those 5 minutes."
