"Fantastic selection at buffet breakfast . Wonderful Onsen"

"Very good"

"Great location, comfy beds and lots of floor space to sort luggage"

"Great size rooms with clean spacious bathrooms. Breakfast was expensive and mediocre. Western breakfast had small serving sizes and limited variety which was not worth the cost."

"Amazing, modern hotel within walking distance of Gotemba Premium Outlets! Plus, you can enjoy incredible views of Mt. Fuji if you’re lucky enough to catch a clear day."

"Great place to stay!!! "

"It is just a lovely retreat in a beautiful location. The hotel rooms are a lovely minimalist Japanese design, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. I wish we had more time to stay here longer, and it's one of the very few places I would absolutely return to without hesitation."

"Exceptional place to stay in Hakone, Highly recommended, a lot of things to do for kids including the indoor water park - only giving 4 out of 5 stars due to early check out times, we requested for 10-15 mins extra but was told we have to pay, Apart from that an excellent place, will stay again here"

"😀"

"Good glamping site with good services and facilities; free pick up from station; nice site for staying."

"One of the most enjoyable stays thus far during my trip to Japan!"

"The hotel is just incredible the staff is absolutely lovely professional and helpful"

"Great location"

"It is quite useful Tobe able to use the Daiyokujou virtually throughout the stay."

"Excellent hotel"

"Overall, the stay was pleasant. The onsen was very clean, the room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful! We tried the dinner buffet, the environment and service was great, the food was OK but not impressive for the price. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Was ideal for what I needed. The staff were great."

"Rooms were a bit on the smaller side and mattresses more on the firm side than we were accustomed to, but really good location and good staff. Public bath and breakfast being available were a plus."

"This is a relatively brand new hotel. So everything is very nice. Breakfast buffet is offered for a price, and dinner is free. There is an on-site hot bath as well. It's about 15-20 minutes both to Gotemba Eki as well as Fuji Speedway by taxi. Would definitely stay again for any Fuji Speedway event."

"This place is incredible! Truly beautiful and serene. The staff were so kind and made you feel special. The cabins are gorgeous, and the food was delicious. I truly hope to come back for longer next time."
