「The hotel experience was amazing - the staff who works there is extremely attentive and wonderful! They are eager to give you recommendations for places to eat and visit, and assist you with anything you need.
The breakfast was wholesome and the rooms are clean with smart TV and really good AC, not to mention very comfortable beds. The only inconvenience we experienced was the mini fridge did not work.

「Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if...

お部屋も新しく綺麗でした。朝食は7:30から歩いてすぐの通りに面したかわいいカフェで、クロワッサンとコーヒー又は紅茶がいただけます。
フロントがないので、事前にチェックインの手配をしなければならないのですが、電話番号しか予約確認書には載っておらず電話にでた方が英語があまり話せないため苦労しました。emailでもやりとりできるといいのですが…
B&B is located near metro vanvitelli and Funicolare and along busy street which is safe to walk alone at night.
The room is not facing to busy street but inside of the building facing to courtyard so it’s quiet. It’s new and clean....

「Charming bed & breakfast in the Lungomare area with a number of waterfront restaurants just a block away with gorgeous views of Naples bay. The staff at B & B were very accommodating, our family room was spacious, modern, well appointed with mini kitchenette & dining table with excellent AC unit. Plenty of food variety at breakfast. Highly recommend.」
「Apart from the sometimes too-much room fragrance (and opening the window to the small balcony helped of course), this was a great stay and value. Especially if you have to visit the US consulate, which is literally right in front, the convenience is unmatched. Their whatsapp communication was clear and when I had a question, their reply was prompt and helpful. Right off the lungomare to walk to the center but not stuck in tourist land. Excellent pizza restaurant two minutes' walk away: 50 Kalo.」
「Das Hotel war sehr einladend, sauber und sehr schön gemacht. Die Dame bei der Rezeption sowie das gesamte Personal waren sehr höflich, zuvorkommend und sympathisch! Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Frühstück bzw. das Frühstücksbuffet sehr ausgiebig und sehr reich gedeckt!

「siamo stati in questa struttura purtroppo solo per 1 notte su 3 giorni totali, hotel davvero top in una zona molto vicino al lungomare, ci siamo mossi sempre con taxi (prenotato nella hall) perche la metro per lavori era chiusa.
personale super gentile e premuroso, colazione ricca a buffet. ho usufruito anche del parcheggio, eccezionali anche li! appena avremmo modo di tornare a Napoli sicuramente sappiamo già dove soggiornare :D」

Al llegar es un poco confuso ya que es un edifico viejo y es como una vecindad al entrar. Hay que pagar 10 céntimos para usar el elevador. Uno tiene que subir sus maletas 1 piso al llegar. Ya en el hotel no hay queja. Un lugar muy bonito con staff muy amable y una sala de café espectacular. Camas muy muy cómodas . Un poco retirado del centro. Esperen caminar. 」
