On the other side, some Credit goes to the breakfast buffet service: Great team: IDA D , IMMA , FEDERICA A,LAMIA, ARIANNA P and EMANUELE whom we have make it a must to congratulate before leaving and promised them that we will be back with great pleasure. They were polite ,professional and competent. This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! "The staff was highly attentive to our needs during our stay, including preparing a breakfast box for us to take along when we told them that we could not stay for our paid breakfast due to our flight departure time. We originally wanted two separate beds for our room, and when we were given a room with a combined bed, the staff even came and split the bed for us. The hotel is close to restaurants, a grocery store, metro, trains, and transportation to the airport (only about 15-20 minutes away). Highly recommend this place."

"The hotel is well-designed, meticulously maintained, and the staff is very responsive. When we pointed out that we were given a room that didn't match the description on Expedia website, the manager immediately made it right, even though it it seemed the error was Expedia's, not the hotel's. We really appreciated that level of service. "

"Check in was with alesseo who was helpful and professional, and took only a few minutes. He gave us a couple of restaurant recommendations - we tried both during our stay and they were excellent tips. We were very happy with our room which was a good size, I note other comments about some areas being dated but that didn't bother us"
