「This was a 1 night stay prior to a longer booking, in a basic room. I was also here last year. Don’t be scared of a solo trip, the people are fantastic and you will be made to feel very welcome and not alone.
The guests are hit and miss, some are a bit rowdy, some doing photo shoots the whole time but it’s easy to find some quiet space. Most are couples in their 30s. The rooms are soundproofed, I stayed on a top floor and couldn’t hear any neighbours which was a relief, food is fantastic but...

We travelled as a family and it was our 1st time in Crete and an adults only Hotel, our whole experience was outstanding from the moment we arrived at the hotel till the day of leaving. Upon arrival the hotel staff couldn’t be more accommodating, they are all very friendly and could help you enough, they are what make you feel like you are at home!
The one only thing I think that let’s this hotel down is the food served, it was quite a limited choice for main meals and snacks, although the food served was very nice. Apart from this 5* all day long.

「Clean and nice room. Convenient location if you want to be near the airport. You can definitely hear the airplanes overhead when they are using the runway that points toward this hotel, but the night we were at the hotel the airplane noise stopped at a reasonable time, did not start up again until morning, and did not impact our sleep. If I were planning on spending a lot of time in the room during the day or evening, the noise might have gotten annoying. 」
