"This hotel is absolutely outstanding! There is literally nothing to fault at all about this hotel. Food is incredible and the staff are all fantastic. Big shout out to the waiting staff in the restaurants who were so incredibly attentive. Love Lyttos Mare, second holiday there and hope to go again in the future."

"We had a terrible experience. This property is not managed 24h. The owner comes by only when it's needed. Their check-in time is 4 pm and the owner told us the reception closes at 4:30 pm which gave us 30 min window to check-in. We had to rush to get the keys. She told us she would leave her contact information and useful links for the property to our phone and email but we never received it. "When we arrived at panorama we couldnt believe how lovely the place was. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were a pretty decent size and the hotel manager was always available to recommend excursions/restaurants. The location was also incredibly convenient- we were right next to a bus stop which took us to Heraklion city/airport and there are plenty of car rental places within arms reach if you want to go on longer excursions. "Great for a family vacation! The staff is very nice and helpful. The food is great!!! Downside, the bars that are open during the days have very limited options."

"The property is advertised as a 4 star probably based on the amenities however it’s a 3 star at the most based on UK STANDARDS. The food is limited for vegetarians apart from the array of salads and possibly 4 vegetarian main options. Foods are not not always labelled. However the chef is accommodating if given pre-notice. Rooms needs a revamp, common areas are not cleaned, sun bed are not cleaned daily."

"The room we stayed in was cleaned everyday and towels and ( coffee pods for the machine) replaced. I was initially slightly dubious about using the sister hotel facilities. But I can assure you it is literally 2 mins away, on a private beach. They have a lovely pool and the most amazing staff. We came for just 5 days and it was just so wonderful to relax and enjoy the surroundings and food and staff’s kindness."

"This is a bigger hotel that seems to cater to business travelers rather than offering a European hotel experience. Lots of little amenities. Very clean and nice. Dining at the hotel was expensive. We left before breakfast opened but they put together a box breakfast that was very nice to have for our travels. 15 minute walk to the port. The port here was not as charming as the one in Chania but if you are leaving by ferry, it seems this property is a quiet and comfortable option. You cannot walk...
