The location and the view is beautiful. The hotel is very old and the staff is unfriendly also the bed is really bad. Overall we had very bad experience and its not worth the price comparing to other options.

My husband and I came here for our 2 year anniversary and I just have to stay that this resort is beyond beautiful. The food in the Olive restaurant was fantastic and offered many options! Both pools are extremely clean and well kept, they were cold only because we came at a little bit of a colder time. The all inclusive option was very nice and I think necessary for a relaxing vacation. We had a wonderful experience with Royal Rentals in the hotel lobby and go to experience Crete by car which was honestly one of our favorite days! I would highly recommend staying here and plan to come back!

Very confusing as to what is all inclusive. Some drinks are & some are not, same with the pools. The bars & restaurants are not open many hours. No activities offered. Food was the same each dinner & breakfast. There was very little meat in any of the dishes. Seemed like we were eating leftovers. The employees at the concierge desk & bellmen were very friendly & helpful. Others did not not seem happy at all.

The resort is amazing and well designed with easy access everywhere and most rooms blessed with fantastic see views. Easy access to fantastic sandy beach with clear waters. All waiters, kitchen staff , chefs and managers are amazing. We were soo impressed with all kitchen staff, waiters and those responsible for replenishments alike, with their high professionalism, helpfulness, kindness and for their permanent smiley faces. The restaurants are so well run, with personal touches, such as managers pouring and serving sparkling vine to customers, freshly baked breads, and fantastic food with great variety. Can’t fault them on anything. Great spa and again brilliant staff. The only negative was a selfish next door couple who checked in at midnight and started drinking complementary bottle of vine, shouting and moving furniture until I told them to stop. Maybe staff should serve complimentary bottle of vine to customers the following day if they check in after 10pm and tell to be considerate.

Wir waren inzwischen bereits zum zweiten Mal innerhalb kürzester Zeit in diesem Hotel. Unser erster Aufenthalt hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir unbedingt noch einmal wiederkommen wollten. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und ist gleichzeitig nur eine kurze Fahrt vom Flughafen entfernt. Trotzdem ist es dort angenehm ruhig und nie überfüllt, sodass man sich wunderbar erholen kann. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Team. Alle Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden bei unserer Rückkehr sogar wiedererkannt, was uns sehr gefreut hat und zeigt, wie herzlich mit den Gästen umgegangen wird. Auch das Essen hat uns wieder überzeugt. Die Auswahl ist abwechslungsreich und es ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es ist wie ein keines Dorf aufgebaut und die verschiedenen Poolbereiche bieten genügend Platz. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir werden sehr wahrscheinlich auch ein drittes Mal wiederkommen!

Die Anlage ist toll- direkt am Meer in einem sehr guten Zustand und mit weitläufigem Sandstrand zum Schwimmen und Joggen wunderbar geeignet. Die Zimmer (wir hatten vordere Front mit Meerblick) waren gross und gut ausgestattet. Es hatte einen “Höhlenflair”, da alles aus Stein war, aber es hatte genug Tageslicht. Das Personal auf der gesamten Anlage war sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Ein besonderer Dank gilt dem Restaurantmanager Alexander und dem jungen fleissigen Kellner Bogdan, die uns jeglichen Wunsch beim Frühstück und Abendessen erfüllt haben- wirklich toller Service! Ich kann das Resort nur weiterempehlen.

Tolle Anlage mit sehr gepflegtem Garten. Wir hatten eine Unterkunft mit Meerblick. Das würde ich auch empfehlen, da es auch Unterkünfte gibt, deren Terrasse direkt an einen engen Weg mündet. Die Zimmerreinigung war gut. Das Essen war sehr gut, das Brot hervorragend. Wir haben ‚a la carte‘ nicht in Anspruch genommen, da die Auswahl im Hauptrestaurant ausreichend war. Die Situation am Pool war entspannt. Liegen waren sehr ausreichend vorhanden (wir waren zum Saisonende da), sehr bequeme Liegen. Das Gym ist sehr gut ausgestattet für ein Hotel. Öffnungszeiten umfangreicher als angegeben. Wir haben einen Abend an der Bar verbracht. Dort spielte eine wirklich gute Liveband.

Nous avons passé deux semaines en demi-pension. Une bouteille de vin de bienvenue ainsi que six macarons. Chambre bien équipé avec coffre fort, frigo avec 10 boissons offerte, machine nespresso avec capsules offerte ainsi que du thé. Literie et linge très bien avec quatre options de oreillers. L’hôtel est vraiment très bien, moderne et propre. Juste quelques petits soucis techniques dans notre chambre, mais rien de grave. Restaurant principal Olive est très bien et varié pour ce qui mange de viande. Le poisson et moins goûteux. Sinon restaurant asiatique Sunset très bien et restaurant italien Amos excellent. Les bars sont ok mais ne savent pas faire du vrai mojito helas. 3€ une bouteille d’eau plate ou pétillante, 5€ bière pression, 6€ bière corona, 8€ mojito, spritz 10€, vin blanc 27€. La plage sable fin et la mer est juste magnifique. L’eau est bonne et hyper propre. Serviettes, parasols, transats et sunbeds top. Les piscines sont très bien équipées aussi. Moins convaincu pour le spa. Jacuzzi froid ainsi que la piscine intérieure. Saunas et hammam spacieux et propre. Salle de sport bien équipé mais pas de douche. Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel. Petite market qui vends des produits variés utiles dans le domaine. Transfert aéroport-hôtel avec Davanos très bien. Easyjet petits retard et très mal assise. Nous avons fait une excusions en voilier Sunset exceptionnel avec yachters.info@gmail.com à 75€/personne (transfert, boisson et repas plancha offert inclus.)

Perfektes Hotel für Personen die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen, Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was mich sehr gestört hat waren eher die Gäste die ihre Liegen von morgens bis abends mit ihren Handtüchern reserviert haben. Für die Vegetarier

Schöne Anlage, freundliches Personal, feines Essen

Sommerferien, tolle Anlage sehr zu empfehlen, hatten Premium Bungalow mit Meerblick Nr. 531, riesige Terrasse, ein Traum, Personal (unser Lieblingskellner Robin/Rabin) sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Aqua Gym mit Anna Christina immer erfrischend und lustig, sehr schönes Fitness mit neuen Geräten, sehr feines Essen auch Buffet, wir kommen wieder. Negativ: Check Inn war freundlich aber zu wenig Infos, wir haben erst am letzten Tag zufällig erfahren, dass man gratis Fahrräder benützen kann.... - grosses Bungalow, aber keine Kästen zum Sachen versorgen, auch im Bad zu wenig Ablagefläche und nur 1 Lavabo für 2 Personen....Platz wäre genug vorhanden. Faszit: Tolle Anlage, sehr empfehlenswert....
