Great stay, fantastic hotel

We came for our first anniversary, and it was an Amazing stay, the hotel is top notch, staff are very helpful and the breakfast is probably one of the best I had in hotels, in terms of freshness and variety. We are hoping to come back next year.

A wonderful hotel. Beautiful, relaxing and excellent attentive staff. They even arranged for a last minute breakfast for us to take on our early morning ferry which was packed with many items. The cats around the hotel add a unique charm and I’m not even a cat person yet we adored them tremendously as they greeted us throughout our stay. If you need a driver, the hotel arranged Dimitri and he was fantastic. Highly recommend.

George at the Spa was marvellous. Marina at reception was exceptionally helpful & pleasant. Restaurant staff were very accommodating and happy. Adam and Dimitris were safe, cordial, informative & efficient drivers. We enjoyed our anniversary stay in our sauna villa with pool. Total relaxation including morning beach walks. Highly recommend

The property was peaceful and serene. The staff were incredible and very hospitable, we absolutely enjoyed our time at Pnoe. The resort was clean and up to date. Definitely should consider dinner at the resort’s restaurants, the food was fresh and locally sourced. Would recommend if you’re looking to disconnect and be pampered.

Pone, was incredible. An easy park if your drive in, to staff that welcomed you with a refreshing drink on arrival, once checked in we are given beautiful bracelets as a gift, welcome snacks and desserts, of course a local bottle of wine. Our room was exquisite with a gorgeous relaxing private pool, the spa, was so relaxing, as we opted to do the most minimal as we had a time crunch. But still left having the best experience, zero gravity massage, hyperbolic oxygen machine, sauna, steam, salt room, and an incredible contrast therapy water shower. A MUST when in Heraklion, if you have the time stay here before you take a ferry to Santorini, it’s an easy 7 Min ride to the ferry.

Aesthetically pleasing; Small and quaint property, yet still offered all you would need at a larger resort. Spa was outstanding! Enjoying adults only. Enjoyed private beach and pool. Enjoyed sunbed service. Need more variety in food options. Ants in room, otherwise clean property. Need excursions. Overall it was a beautiful property!

The room with the private pool was perfect but the highlight was the amazing food and drinks served in beautifully chilled surroundings. Always plenty of space to get a bed by the pool or the beach. The beach was a particular highlight - the hotel has a private spot next to a public beach which gives it a nice atmosphere. The sunsets watching planes land were fantastic. As a couple we usually never eat in the hotel but the food was so good and varied we only ventured out one night. The seafood was especially delicious.

The Hotel is really nice and service has been good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is equipped with everything you need. The private pool is really a nice advantage. However the storage space is rather limited in the Breeze Suite. Next time we would book the Breathe Suite which seems to have a little dressing room. Both restaurants are good. You have a nice variety of dishes in case you book the half-board. Especially the breakfast is really outstanding. What we didn’t like about the restaurant was the dresscode for dinner. Usually 5* Hotels enforce a dresscode for dinner. Which usually requires long trousers for men and closed shoes. However at no one seemed to care. Guests wore shorts and Flip Flops for dinner. This is quite disappointing for a hotel of this category.

Beautiful property right on the beach! Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. The room with private pool was spacious, very well appointed, and clean. The beach had comfortable beach beds with umbrellas and the beach was quiet and private. (Due it the proximity to the airport you do see and hear the planes taking off and coming in. It didn't bother us, but just note that does happen througout the day.) The bonus of being able to order a drink and food from your beach bed was great too. There are 2 on site restaurants; one has a beautiful breakfast with an array of foods I couldn't even begin to recount. Dinner selection was fair and also very good. Rooms electronics/lights/curtains are all operated via the app you load on your phone - very high tech and easy to manipulate. This is a very high end resort but has a quaint, small feel to it which adds to it's appeal. I highly recommend.
