Our room was spacious and lovely and we even got upgraded for the extra night we decided to stay to one of the beautiful villas. The staff is really the highlight. Host was very attentive and left us a welcome gift which we really appreciated. Loads of lovely restaurants around. Hersonissos is only a 15 minute walk, we had a great time at the shenanigans Irish pub! All round an amazing stay and would 100 percent come back."

"The staff were amazing, front desk very helpful and available 24 hours a day. The rooms are pretty basic, but have everything you need. One of my bath towels was dirty at arrival but was switched out quickly by the staff. The food buffet is good, lot of variety however the seating in the dining area is partially inside and out. If the weather is poor and outdoor seating isn't open then finding somewhere to sit can be frustrating."

"Terrific. Comfy simple room with balcony (or terrace). All you really need, and a great price. We stayed here our first two nights, and then returned for our last three nights on Crete. It was convenient to the HER airport for our car and flights. Rooms vary depending on directions and weather ground floor, 1, or 2 floors higher. Our first had a view to the ocean. Our second, a view of the pool. Five minute walk to be at Hersonissos restaurants and shops. Can walk easily around town and along the sea walk. An uphill walk back to the accommodation is not strenuous and is over pretty quickly. Bonuses are parking on site and a big pool."

It's in a great location, close to all of the popular restaurants and bars (as seen on tiktok), and it's only a few minutes walk away from the beach. I will definitely stay here again"

"This is a fabulous 5* gem, and we had a great time. Positives: Stunning hotel, extremely cleanl, lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds and showers, lovely happy friendly staff. A hotel with great ambience, luxury all neatly bundled up into a lovely package and we'll be back again soon. Also so quiet, even though the hotel was not empty. Negatives - 5 restaurants, unchanging menu, even in the main buffet restaurant, so choices were lacking by the end. Rooms were not serviced if you missed the early morning rounds. Having returned to our rooms in the afternoon/evening, our room would not have been cleaned - this didn't phase us that much. Overall: We visited end of September (after school holiday period) when the weather was turned cooler and windier. The pool was too cold to enjoy and was avoided by most guests. A regulated pool would be much better. Same for the bedroom pools - we didnt use ours as the water was on par to having an ice-dip. This was the same for many of the other rooms we could see."
