"We had a lovely family vacation at this wonderful hotel. The look and feel of a Grecian village within the hotel is beautiful and there is so much character to the whole hotel. The staff were very helpful helping us to get the most appropriate room for our family. They were all very helpful throughout the stay. Hotel itself is huge and has so much to do. Each pool was lovely and clean and the kids water park was massive. Lots of activities for adults and kids alike. Room was spacious and clean. The food was great and à la carte restaurant we had was amazing (Mademi). Only one drawback is needing to book in the à la carte restaurant every morning which, if you’re not quick enough, the slots go quite fast."

"The staff was amazing! The hotel top knotch, but will warn visitors. The boardwalk in front of hotel is loud with kids(18-25) yelling and partying all night into the morning… even at 4 AM."

"The staff were unbelievably helpful - I mistakenly booked 3 rooms for the following day instead of the current and they accommodated the whole group with now extra charge. They also let us know that we could keep the bags in the rooms until our flights (11pm). Rooms are fit for purpose - considering it was just over £20 per person this is incredible value for money, we had kitchens in each room, great aircon, clean bed linen and balconies right in central Hersonisoss. Highly recommend popping to Valentines for breakfast/dinner, clean kitchen and great service from staff especially travelling as a larger group (9 people). Thank you for everything Fedra!! Would certainly come back and advise friends to do the same."
