You do need to check into the actual hotel (which this is not, this is the villas), which is like 5-10 mins away by car, and I'll say this now that the hotel does have a restaurant. It was nice that when requested, they quickly delivered an iron and ironing board since it wasn't already inside our villa. The whole property was really clean and well maintained. "Stunning accomodation, very modern, very clean. 2 zone ac (in sleeping room and living room in the 2 room apt) great service and availability on whats app for questions. Checkin Done through a webform and unique key code for access. (No physical key needed) parking lot just outside with fair prices. (Other business) 2 minutes walk to city center and the lake. Will definitiv look for moncasa next trip to agios nikolaos. If other apt hotels could work like this traveling would be more enjoyable....

"Beautiful quiet spot! A walk or cycle from the Center of Frangkocastello (and where the beach is wonderful and child friendly too). The taverna on the sea front just infront of the property has excellent traditional Greek food and there are many more to try in the center too. Very peaceful location, with a few similar looking apartment hotels scattered along this coastline. The hosts are wonderful.
