Staff are exceptionally friendly, Beautiful room and modern room Breakfast is delicious and plenty selections and the lady who look after breakfast area is very efficient. 5 mins walk to the center.

Great place to stay, friendly staff and management. Unfortunately had an issue with my ferry and missed a night of my stay but management was very helpful in trying to accommodate me. My only issue is that then hot water sometimes ran out in the shower and tap but the staff told me they were currently working on this issue which is reassuring. Great central location right near the centre of Heraklion

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and the location was excellent for walking into Heraklion. The room was very clean and comfortable, although there was a problem with water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was excellent, providing a wide choice, and the dining room was attractive and comfortable. We will be happy to return and recommend to our friends.

The room was stunning with high ceilings and nice furniture only a few small things like the shower doesn’t drain well and some parts of the bathroom need a deep clean but other than that it’s lovely. Would stay again

It's a super clean place, the room is amazing & very comfortable The hotel is close to the center & to the bus stop (walking distance max 10 min) the beach is 20 min away by car and the seaside restaurants are very close & interesting The staff here is super helpful & nice. The breakfast is tasty & varied - just the necessary yet super fresh! Recommended if you're looking for a comfortable city hotel

This place was beyond nicer than the photos…we were blown away by the quality, cleanliness, amenities and friendliness of the staff. Marilena went above and beyond to make our stay extra special…and we appreciate her doing so….we highly recommend this stay!!!

A wonderful hotel in a quiet area of Heraklion. Just a short walk from the main centre. Staff are very helpful and our room was perfect. Breakfast had a number of options. The hot-tub was great to relax in at night after roaming all day.

Such a lovely little boutique hotel! We loved how spacious, modern and inviting the room felt, and the staff was phenomenally helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of fresh foods, and everything was super clean. Easy walk to the old port and lots of restaurant and shopping options. Definitely recommend as a launchpad for your exploration of Crete!

Great location near the city center. Not so great if you rented your own vehicle. Also had an issue where the shower had no pressure for the hot water that ruined what would have otherwise been a great stay. Great breakfast for the morning to.
