Excellent bedding and really comfortable beds. Great stop off point for us before our sightseeing the next day. "

"Overall 9/10. Location was convenient for us. Service was excellent throughout. Club double room was spacious and comfortable. Lighting controls (with mood lighting) were quirky but not a big problem. Need a light switch near the bathroom. We requested a quiet room, and the location seemed good until we were woken up by early morning deliveries and recycling noise. Nice (small) pool. Breakfast was good, but seating is cramped. "Although it is a beautiful property, the furniture, walls, carpet, etc are worn, chipped, and seriously need an update. The decorator is average, we were there during its beautifully decorated woodsy/forest theme. Which was stunning and fantastic. But then they switched it to the hotel’s 10 year anniversary with cheesy paper fans, clouds and the pillows were cheap Chinese pillow covering that I didn’t even buy to decorate on my yacht because they looked cheap. I would have thought for a 10...

"I’ve been to London many times & stayed at many diff hotels. This place was a nice stay. Staff was consistently friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Good location (like 4 blocks to Paddington Station for the Heathrow Express and local tube stops plus a number of restaurants). We could use their tv’s Google Chromecast to watch our Netflix. Only “complaint” was the room size: “deluxe” wasn’t very large. But that was on me to have picked better"
