Indian restaurant closed which was disappointing as this was a determining factor in my decision to stay. Explanation being ‘they’re doing something in the kitchen’ but not communicated at any point in the booking process. Also never mentioned gym or pool during check in so maybe that was closed too...

My family and I love this hotel. Its very clean, the staff are very friendly and professional. They have 2 restaurants (both excellent) and a bar. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to london

Everything was great at the hotel.. One problem - the hotel hoppa ticket machine didn't deliver the four tickets I booked and paid for. The staff kindly contacted the driver TO the airport and that went well, but there was no return ticket, so I paid again. Not thehotel's responsibility, but a facility which needs sorting.

Awful food

I stayed here Saturday with my boyfriend for one night and paid £15 each for the breakfast I am really upset by the quality of the breakfast considering the amount we paid. It has even made my partner really ill and he has had to take the day of work due to a really upset stomach I think a refund of £30 would be sufficient for the anguish this has caused. Not only has this made the hotel stay awful the lay out of the food was appalling. It looked like something a twelve year old would of put together. I hope I hear back from you Kind regards Chanelle

A lovely hotel with great facilities and pleasant staff HOWEVER £16 to park a day whilst in residence there is not only extortionate but in my opinion completely wrong. If you are staying at the hotel then parking should be free

Staff on arrival was rude £16 per night for parking Never made our room up for 2 days Every time we order food from the bar it came out wrong . They add device charge without asking if you want to pay it . Spa area you must be with your child unless they are over 18 as they have no life Gaurds on duty which was annoying as all our children can swim very well but we had to be in the pool with them at all times Overall not a bad hotel good location need to teach there staff some manners

Beware of the shuttle bus!

I picked this hotel because it said it had a shuttle to Heathrow Airport. To my surprise it was not free. Nowhere did I see a cost involved. I even emailed the hotel to ask about the shuttle and then there was no mention of cost in the reply. This was disappointing and made the overall experience not as good as it should have been.

Comfortable and well maintained. Slow reception

Very slow at check in but other than that an excellent stay. Would book again. Everything in room worked and lots of space. Nice to have a window to open to let in fresh air.

Sauna and Steam room not available for use. As I had specifically selected thia hotel for the spa facilities I asked the manager to arrange for access to the spa at another hotel locally. I was met with a flat refusal. Diabolical customer service. Avoid this hotel.
