"This place is great. The staff helped us ship our luggage to our next hotel. They were the most lovely people; I can't praise them enough. The location is awesome, walking distance to everything in Minato Mirai, Bashamichi stop on the MM line outside the door, and a Lincos grocery store next door. The view from the hotel lobby is the best in the area. The room is well equipped, with a washer/dryer, frig, and everything to dine in the room. The room layout and space was just right, not too big, not too small. The bathroom also has good configuration and design. The location was perfect as it was near a convenient store and many restaurants."

" The staff is outstanding. We had an amazing view of the harbor and gardens from our room. There is a very large and beautiful park across the street from the hotel. The area is very walkable and close to public transportation. "

"The front end staff spoke English. We had no difficulty at all. A pleasant stay. You do have to register to use the pool in a form online. The form is not English friendly. We had to use a translation app. This could be improved. You get to use the pool for 1 1/2 hours to avoid over crowding. "

"We had a great stay! The building itself is new and clean, and the room spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The amenities are great, lots of shopping around, and extremely accessible by train with the closest station literally a minute‘s walk. Good restaurants and grocery very close by(the Indian restaurant around the corner is fantastic), just an all round great experience. Highly recommend!!"

"This is the only hotel to stay at Haneda airport. A perfect space for sure, room was very good, a bit on the small side but it still was large enough for 2 people. The spa was great, make sure you book a room with spa access. Breakfast was out of this world, so much very good food. This is my 4th time staying. "
