5 stars….. I absolutely LOVE my stay at this hotel EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY CLEAN, GREAT AMENITIES, BEST SPA, SURROUNDED MY STORES, LITERALLY CONNECTED & WAS A 5-10 MINS WALK TO HANEDA AIRPORT/ TRAIN STATION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Our stay was awesome! The room is clean and staff especially at reception are very helpful. The location of the hotel is close to train station, a mall, Family mart and restaurants. This is our second stay with Tmark and we’ll stay again here next year.

Been there two years in the row. Stayed two weeks each time. Breakfast is awful. After the second day, we actually brought our own breakfast to the dining area!

These historic buildings date back to the early 20th century and now serve as unique shopping, dining and event venues.
Comfortable bed with large comforter on top, I kept room cold and snuggled under comforter. The room lights and temperature modern control switches next to bed within arms reach in bed, allowing me to warmed up the room prior getting out of bed!
I would just say that next time i will stay at Mercure because it was family oriented and i had nothing to worry about.
We liked the food and shopping area. The souvenirs were much better priced then Tokyo. The loud speaker cars drove around all night announcing political garb. Sarushima Park was beautiful though.
