We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).

First stayed in Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki in 2024, only knowing it was near the train station. Stayed again in 2025 knowing what I know now — and will certainly stay here again in the future.

This was by far one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. It was wonderful to wake up, grab a to-go breakfast at Lawson’s across the street and walk a few blocks to yamashita park. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are luxurious. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We could not believe we got this room for the price we did. It’s easy walking distance to everything you could want in Yokohama. We will definitely stay here again.

The Hotel New Grand is a historical landmark in Yokohama. The location is hard to beat. It’s across the street from Yamashita Park, blocks from China Town, the International cruise terminal, 15 minute walk to Yokohama Stadium and good access to train system.
Only down note is Hotel. Ew Grand needs to upgrade pillows, they were extremely uncomfortable.

The hotel is newly opened and very modern. Self check in/out system and the rooms are like mini modern apartments with cookers. Washing machine. Refrigerator. A bit TV. We loved our stay at Oimachi Tracks. Very convenient for Shinkansen out of Shinagawa. The shopping area below the hotel has lots of restaurant choices. The breakfast offered by the hotel was delicious. Our rooms were very comfortable and quiet. They could have been a bit larger, but certainly not a dealbreaker.

When we arrived the front desk greeted us warmly. They confirmed our Glamping reservation and kindly showed us about the property, including the baths and relaxation room. The glamp trailer/building was cozy. It had all we needed and a view. We only stayed the one night but it was a nice getaway. For travel, it was a little off the beaten path but we did it, with luggage. I would recommend the location.
