A couple of negative points: check-in process was long, the hotel is very luxurious but old facilities and needs to be refreshed (expand the fitness room, add streaming services in room TVs, general decor…), sometimes long breakfast line in the morning (maybe expand the breakfast hours?). "We had an excellent three-night stay pre-cruise. It’s a beautiful property and our corner room was outstanding. Very spacious, comfortable, and silent with an enormous double-sink bath, separate tub and shower, and a window. Hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shopping with metro station access right outside the hotel entrance. "
